Abstract

In this paper, a modified SP-iteration for asymptoticallynonexpansive mappings is introduced and studied. We then establish a strong convergence theorem for a modified SP-iteration scheme for three asymptoticallynonexpansive self-mappings and three asymptoticallynonexpansive nonself-mappings under mild conditions in a uniformly convex hyperbolic spaces. The results presented here extend and improve some related results in the literature.
